Peter Halpin

Peter Halpin is an Irish actor. He got his first movie starring as Malachy McCourt in Alan Parker's critically acclaimed Angela's Ashes. Most recently he is best known for creating the role of Theo Nelson, Foggy Nelson's brother in Marvel's smash hit television show on Netflix.
