Sung Hoon

Bang Sung Hoon, born Bang In Kyu more popularly known as just Sung Hoon, is a Korean Actor born in Nam District, Daegu. Before acting, he received his formal education from Yong In University as a Social Physical Education major. He was a competitive swimmer for 14 years before an injury forced him to quit the sport. Since he's born on Valentine's Day, Sung Hoon's zodiac sign is Aquarius.

He rose to prominence acting in TV shows like Faith, Bodyguard and New Tales of Gisaeng. His acting prowess has earned him SBS Acting awards in the drama category in addition to recognition as Best New Actor in 2011. Sung Hoon stands at 184 cm and weighs 74 kg. Sung Hoon currently resides in Seoul, Korea, where he continues to be a hot casting target for a variety of TV dramas.

In 2012, he won a Dream Team 2 competition for his freestyle swimming skills, garnering him a gold medal. He's considered an up-and-coming star in Korea, noted for his charismatic, poignant acting style, and his popular roles played in various television shows.
