Sooryavanshi Changes Release Date To Avoid Clash With Salman’s Inshallah

Director Rohit Shetty’s upcoming Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar will now be released on March 27 instead of Eid May 2020. The Movie was first set to be released on Eid next year but recently the date has change to avoid the clash with Salman Khan upcoming Inshallah.

Salman Khan announced on Twitter on 12 June that Sooryavanshi will now release on 27 March 2020. Thanking Rohit Shetty for the gesture, Salman tweeted a picture of him with Rohit and wrote, “I always thought of him as my younger brother and today he proves it…#RohitShetty. Sooryavanshi releasing on 27th March 2020.”

Filmmaker Karan Johar, who is one of the producers of Sooryavanshi, also tweeted: “The ultimate Khiladi and the blockbuster director are arriving on March 27, 2020 with ‘Sooryavanshi’. Special love to Salman.”

Sooryavanshi is the fourth film of Rohit’s cop drama universe in which Akshay is playing the role of Veer Suryavanshi, a character of an anti-terrorist squad officer.
