I Know What You Did Last Summer: 

A year after the fatal car accident that struck them on the night of their high school graduation, a group of teenagers find themselves bound by a dark secret and stalked by a brutal killer. As they try to figure out who's after them, they uncover the dark side of their seemingly perfect town - and themselves. Everyone is hiding something, and uncovering the wrong secret could be deadly.

An ambitious young carny with a talent for manipulating people with a few well-chosen words hooks up with a female psychiatrist who is even more dangerous than he is.
